I don't have a ton of advice or really much at all. I am going on a year of having high burden PVC's that cause extreme fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, and brain fog on exertion. I just had 2nd ablation. They found the "misfire" was deep in the heart muscle and close to the AV node. The dr "pushed the boundaries" in getting close and feels he has exhausted all options for further ablation. If he had gotten any closer to the AV node he feared I would be pacemaker dependent going forward and he's not in favor of that as an option at this point.
I was told all along PVC’s are generally benign and for most they are. Mine would go into hours of bigeminy and trigeminy. It was during those periods that I struggled. I am hopeful this last ablation works.
My best piece of advice is to find a cardiologist who listens. The very first one I went to when I landed in the ER a year ago tried to tell me I was just having a touch of anxiety. I am an athlete who competes in gravel bike races, runs, and lifts
I knew what I was experiencing was not normal for me. I am also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and can assure you anxiety was not the trigger or what was happening.
