...good response to my spouse next time he catches me talking to myself ! It's becoming a habit as over the years losing friends and relatives even neighbours and not as many people to chat with... hope he gets a chuckly out of it as smiles and laughter seem to have slowly disappeared from our lives.... thanks!

About laughter disappearing-- for me, too. That's why this discussion group is soooo WONDERFUL!

I start almost everyday by reading these jokes and comments so that I can face my day. And I read the jokes to my husband when he gets up so that we can have a laugh together.

BIG "thank you" to all contributors and to the guy who started this (I'm gonna look up your first post to get your name!!! Sorry I don't know it by heart by now...).
