So sorry you have not gotten any relief!
Burning face syndrome is also called erythromelalgia.
There doesn’t seem to be a cure but there are medications that can help with the symptoms you have.

You could try to get an appointment at a major university medical center such as Mayo Clinic or Cleveland Clinic.
Don’t give up- there are ways to control your symptoms.
By the way, do you have an ENT helping you with your hearing?
I’m your age too and have too many annoying medical conditions that I never expected I had to deal with.
Give it a try to see someone a a place like Mayo Clinic or Cleveland Clinic!

Thanks for your concern and support ... and suggestions I am in Canada so doubtful will be able to go to Clinics .. you are fortunate to have them in U.S.A. I will read the web site though., just gets me down every so often and sometimes tired of gleaning information but then what to do with it when seems not many medical personal care and I do realize they are dealing with an overflow right now and most serious cases first! Thanks again.
