It's helping my inflammation,I'm up to about 2.5mg. I take the liquid form. Cheaper and easier for me to titrate up slowly. I get no extra flavor or stevia (I react to stevia and they automatically put it in there and don't consider it a flavor and my compounding pharmacy.)
