I will see if I can get it checked. I am lactose intolerant. Do you know if taking lactaid is good of bad for lactic acid.

No I'm not sure what effect lactaid has. Definitely ask your doc.
What I've been using to treat my lactic acidosis: the PRAL diet for kidney patients, alkaline water with carbonate in it (not the sodium hydroxide. That's the wrong molecule for what's going on. Check the label to see that it says potassium carbonate or calcium carbonate), and hyperbaric therapy.
