Aww so nice to "meet" you. I don't post much on Connect, but when I have it's been v helpful. I love your running under sunsets joy, and the acceptance of a far different life than your previous one. Accepting 'what is' is key I've found, but as with all these coping mechanisms - they're on a dial, it's not a simple on/off. Remember THAT, helps me hugely. Gentle hugs from Scotland (low on sunsets tbh, and on running - but lots of hope and wholesome dial adjustments).
