@bonnieb the real issue with Prolia is what happens when you stop. You need to go on Reclast or another bisphosphonate, preferably Reclast, or you rapidly lose bone density and increase fracture risk.

Thanks for your quick reply...I would love to know what my other options are...I was on Fosamax 10 yrs ago and improved...now Lumbar Spine and Femoral are -2.7 & - 1.8..can one go back on Fosamax after being off for about 10yrs.? Thank You Much...Bonnie
