Is gabapentin still working well for you by chance? My 2nd go around of covid much worse than first, and now the muscle pain is so intense when doing nothing buy carrying in a bag of groceries. It is as if I lifted weights for a week. I am searching for what are the known medications to date that are actually working. There is a good video on youtube with Dr Mobeen and Dr. Berkowitz on some things they use, but if you run across any new research to shut off this immune response in the body due to the viral remnants left in the body. They do not leave the body and if agitated the immune system does not know what to do. It is the heart of it all and hope the docs find the drug that stops the bad immune response.
