You could have sustained a nerve injury from FESS. Can you touch the painful area? Does anything appear red on endoscopy?

I have been dealing with this for 7 years and was recently diagnosed with low testosterone which plays a role in the way the brain processes pain.

Have you been recommended to treat anxiety/depression?

Any ongoing pain has an anxiety/depression component which also amplifies how the brain processes pain.
