Good decision. I had one session with an OT who showed me exercises and massage techniques. I had developed some lymphedema.
She gave me a padded insert to wear under my arm which put pressure on the lump I had from accumulated fluid.
I’ve been managing at home;
the fluid accumulation comes and goes but it doesn’t hurt.

I too have swelling in my breast. I have two inserts and bought a compression camisole. They work fine. My OT is amazing and very suportive. I also have quite the list of exercises to do every day. They will be a part of my daily routine forever.
