Have had right sided sinus pressure, upper and lower tooth pain on the right as well as lip tingling and sometimes nose pressure. Scans are clear, blood tests for auto immune disease were negative. Teeth were cleared as normal by my dentist. Neurologist says I have mild trigeminal neuralgia but I have never had shooting pain.
