Yes, to antihistamines and to Leo Galland, both have helped me significantly. First antihistamines: there was a major study done at Feinstein Institutes/Northwell Health that used pepcid because it is a H2 antihistamine, link: https://www.northwell.edu/news/the-latest/famotidine-clinical-trial-shows-reduction-covid-19-symptoms. And, Dr GALLAND, was an enormous help to me, I used his video that walks through long covid and ACE2, mitochondria, gut, & brain: https://vimeo.com/572078040.
