@mariejean03 it depends on bone density scores and fracture history. I am going to try Reclast after Tymlos to "lock in" my gains. My docs will do a test dose of 10% (1 mg not 5) and then I can do a half dose of 2.5mg if I tolerate it.

The thing is, once you do a bisphosphonate like Tymlos, the stronger bone building drugs are not as effective, at least to some extent. If your DEXA scores are not good, try to get on Tymlos, Forteo or Evenity before Reclast. If your DEXA scores are not too bad, you could consult with Keith McCormick who has a lot of info on holistic approaches. With input from your doc as well.
