My exhaustion and lightheaded and nausea wasn’t as bad with more salt and water last night. I used half an electrolight drink
Last night and made scrambled egg with salt and had some trisquits and salted nuts before injection and drank water before and after injection . Headache definitely was first two hours and then subsided. I was planning on skipping tonight but bc my symptoms got better with the food and drink I might even go to 5 clicks tonight .
