Bruising unexplained

I take baby aspirin as an anticoagulant. I almost always have surface bruises on my forearms, and sometimes in other places too. I never know how I get them, because there is no pain associated with them. I do my own yard work, which is probably how I get most of them. My wife sometimes elbows or knees me in her sleep, and that can leave deeper bruises.

Yes aspirin will cause easy bruising. I was told not to take it if I could. I guess the smallest amount has long effects on blood.

I have the same problem. It seems to be getting worse as I get older. My cardiologist insists that I continue taking 81 mg of aspirin daily for my carotid stenosis.
I use arnica and a product called “Derm Med cream” which help speed up removal of the red blotches but not fast enough. Anyone have a better idea?
