How are you dealing with nerve leg pain from Stenosis?

I’ve had physical therapy,acupuncture,tens unit and epidural. The last helped the back pain a lot. The others didn’t help at all. My back pain isn’t as bad as my leg pain. I don’t think it’s sciatica again. Can’t think what to try. Balance is off too because of the pain in the bottom of my feet

Maybe your hips need an adjustment. Talk w/ a chiropractor. May I ask how many treatments do you do with acupuncturist? Acupuncture isn’t like a one shot treatment. It has worked well for me. My Serrates Anterior muscle and thoracic area is affected from mastectomy. Blessings.
