My doc's have suggested this routine , I'm having the RALP on the 18th of this month, if it comes back, hopefully not anytime soon. If it does, ADT again, results were amazing the first go around, and see how it does, if necessary maybe a spot of radiation or two where necessary. The way I see it. We are all trying to bye time with the least aggressive therapy. There is so much research going on, a magic bullet can't be too far away.
