I’ve heard that red light therapy helps w micro clots. I try to do 20 min per day. Don’t know how much it has helped me. But am getting better

Interesting. That was the first self-treatment I tried. My logic was that it is used for wound healing, and also sometimes stroke recovery and TBI. Since I've had this from spring 2020, I've had almost continous headaches and often feeling like my head is swollen. So it certainly has seemed like a brain injury for me.
2 months ago I started using the NIR+ red light on all sides and top of my head for a total of about 28 minutes. Within 24 hours head pressure was almost gone, 48 hours later headache was also gone. I was really shocked and very happy. If I slack off and don't use it at least 4 times per week, some of the head pressure and sometimes the headache will return.

Where do you apply the red light therapy?
