I have been using OsteoStrong for over 9 months. I have a mild case of Osteopenia. I intended to do OsteoStrong for a year and then compare my bone density results to 4 years ago. I used to be a very dedicated weight lifter from age 30 thru 67. I was also an athlete and continued various athletic activities as an older adult. I only stopped lifting because I chose a new passion (horses). I am now in my 70's and wanted to get back into weight lifting to build muscle again In reading about OsteoStrong I found that they also touted stronger muscle mass as an added benefit. Nine months of OsteoStrong has increased my strength and muscle in just minutes per week. I have as much definition in my shoulders and biceps now as I did when I was lifting and playing racquetball 2 x weekly. My legs are more lean and muscular as well. I don't think that someone who has not been strong and physically active all their life would have the same results I am having but if you have the same type of history as me you could have the same results if you try each week to improve. Unfortunately because I have a back issue I have to take some time off but when I can start up again and have completed my 12 months of OsteoStrong I look forward to comparing my dexa scans!

I go to Osteostrong and have been going for about 6 months. I am definitely stronger. I will have a Dexa scan at the end of the year. We also do a lot of balancing exercises at the session. They have helped my balance tremendously.
I am favorably impressed.
Someone mentioned reading he experiences of some people who have gone to Osteostrong. But they neglected to add where to find them.
Thank you
