100% ER+ 100% PR+ HERS2- How common is the 100% diagnosis?
When I went to Mayo for a second opinion they saw my initial diagnosis of 100%ER+ 100%PR+ and said that would probably change when they did their evaluation but it came back 100% ER and PR+ as well. Does this mean I am extremely sensitive to hormones? Anyone else 100%...seems drastic to me, not in a good way. I'm worried I should be a little more cautious with what I put in body to try to reduce hormones although I am on Tamoxifen to block hormone receptors. I just don't fully grasp how this is all connected.

I have been making small changes with my diet/environment. I have stopped the bottled water and switched out most of my Tupperware for glass (its a process!) and now I would like to purchase new pots/pans. Would you mind making a recommendation based on your research please? Thank you in advance for your consideration!
Yes, small changes, that's what I did. I've tried a few pots and pans but I have found I like Waxonware. It cooks good, cleans up nice. Pic attached. When it came to a stock pot, I got a stainless steel but I'm just noticing Waxonware now has one. I didn't buy the set but pieces here and there and wished I would of seen the set because it's less expensive than piecemeal. Also look at pic with water bottle numbers that can be found on bottom of plastic water bottles on which ones are safe and BPA free, #2, 4 and 5 are the safest. Also attached is a list of pots and pans to get and avoid. Hope this helps!
