Hi, My pain management doctor prescribed it to me. It has to be compounded. I recently have bloat and I'm questioning if this is due to naltrexone. I tend to be sensitive to a lot of medication though.

Any doctor can prescribe it but discussing it with a pain doctor would be helpful. I have not had any side effects. Check here for details:
