Hi chud, I'm not the one who started this thread, but I also came across it while googling my symptoms and found it also described my symptoms accurately. I talked to my mother about it, and it turns out both her and her father/my grandfather also experienced this! She wasn't able to to say exactly what it was, all she knew was that it was "some sort of nerve pain" and it comes and goes. She also claims taking a bath with epsom salts can help.
