Hello
Of course you should do what is working for your body and its strengths and limitations. My observations are offered only as one persons experience . I believe that is the beauty and usefulness of this forum .
We are all working to achieve the same goals of pain relief and mobility and I offer up in that spirit
My way is definitely not the highway. Good luck.

The physical therapist had not encountered someone who had a complex hip replacement. She was surprised that I did not have a run of the mill hip replacement. This woman had lots of experience and a fantastic resume so I was a bit concerned. The treadmill is working very well for me. Walking is the goal and the treadmill allows me to walk safely.
