SalonPas patches - the ones with 4% lidocaine help me and Nsaids (anti-inflammatories) like Aleve, Ibuprofen along with Tylenol for pain if needed. Movement such as stretching & walking - "Motion is lotion" for arthritis. Hope you get some relief.
