Yes prednisone can cause brain fogginess. I'm having fun (not) already dealing with the fog of fibro and now prednisone for the PMR. Life's a beach.
I may have spelled beach incorrectly. 😸

My backup:
'The results of Study 2, a prospective, longitudinal study of the effects of prednisone on memory across three months of therapy, suggest that even acute treatment can adversely affect memory.'
It is mostly reversed once we're off of the medication. I do a game app before bed to relax and help with concentrationtion as well as memory.
