I cannot clear my throat; feels like mucus is there. Suggestions?

I have had the feeling of mucous in my throat since the onset of Covid in 2021 when I had extreme post nasal drip. My primary first prescribed fluticasone but then connected it with possible acid reflux and prescribed omeprazole. After looking up its deathly effects on natural news.com I stopped. I have been trying apple cider vinegar in hopes of a remedy. I am set to have an endoscopy in a couple of weeks. I wonder how many of us are experiencing this post-covid!!

I also tried Omeprazole for several months- and recently started using OTC mullein drops and I feel it is helping with breaking up the mucus in my throat. I will continue with it and hope it really improves the mucus factor. I agree- all my complications began shortly after my Covid booster- the third shot.
