Thank you for responding to my post from 2021. After way too many tests and specialists, my symptoms seem to have been peri-menopause related. So many doctors didn't make that connection. I have since now transitioned fully into menopause and I on hormone replacement therapy and feeling so much better. I still have the vibrations but much more mild than before.

Ok. I am read your post today after DESPERATE HELP with what I have been dealing with. For 3 weeks now I have ringing in my ears, my ears feel full, my internal vibrations are off the chart, I can not sleep, and my vision is off. Please help! Is this what you were feeling?! I have had 2 CT, went to eye dr today, ENT tomorrow, and they will schedule an MRI if need be. The ER Dr prescribed me Gabapentin and that does help a little. What else did you do to help this crazy feeling.
