Try ice packs on the areas that itch. Leave them on for as long as you can. So sorry for your pain. It's horrible. I also use CeraVe Itch relief cream. Also helps.

Thank you for your response. I have tried and use ice packs. It does give temporary relief which helps a lot .
The unfortunate part is wherever I have skin, it itches…total body. One of the best things I have discovered is distraction. Think or do something that distracts you from the itch…again, temporary but that’s okay.
