Hi @catsmeow1959, glad it helped you for so long! Let me know if it helps again. Have you done other things to help with your depression or breathing such as breathing exercises, lifestyle changes, CBT, etc?

I’ve tried the buteyko breathing exercise but it didn’t help. Also other medications but nothing else worked.
