I need answers on how to deal with my unhealthy mouth
Firstly, I haven't been taking care of my teeth properly for around a year now. Nothing has gone except just recently I got 2 canker sore one of them a complex canker sore underneath my tongue. I went online and saw that it could be a sign of a underlying condition. Then I go to rinse my mouth out with baking soda to help the sores and see that my gum is bleeding. There is also something called tartar apparently on my teeth. What condition do you suspect I have and what should I do?

See a dentist for a good cleaning of the tartar and evalution of your mouth & teeth. You don't want to lose your teeth. Brush 3 times a day, floss and use Listerine zero that has no alcohol in it so it shouldn't burn your mouth. Sounds like you have some peridontal disease going on or gingivitis....the dentist can diagnose that too. Blessings....
Ditto - go see a dentist, tartar build up is damaging to your mouth and overall health.
Oil pulling with coconut oil can also help clean your teeth and mouth. I had three sensitive areas in my teeth that have cleared up with oil pulling.
