Are you doing any collagen? I started a few months ago, for bone-loss (diagnosed with osteoporosis). I also take Vit. C, D3, and Boron. The first two were recommended by my doc, and the Boron I read about online.

Your daily foods are important for most of our nutrients, and I don't do any alcohol, cigarettes, and very low carb Ketogenic nutrition. I am 70 and took up walking about 8 years ago, regularly, but added in the weight-resistance/working with weights. I've also recently read that "jumping" of some sort helps our bones. Nothing difficult, but whatever we can do like just standing and jumping a couple inches. I haven't started doing that, but I think, imo, walking is top of list for helping my bones.

Let me know if you want to talk, I'm no doctor, I just read and try things while listening "carefully" to my body. I'm maybe overly careful, but I can't afford an injury, who can right 😉 Denise

I have HS which means I shouldn’t further plug my pores and SLE lupus which means I shouldn’t get out in the sun without 100% sunblock which means I don’t get the vitamin D from the sun. I am allergic to citrus or highly sensitive to the acids. I have chronic iron deficiency and give myself B-12 injections every month and have to get an occupational iron infusion. Being arthritic and having FMS means walking is hard for me but I am determined to start little by little. I also have just been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension with chronic diastolic LV heart failure - oh and am allergic to the world. Getting depressed

It seems you have really researched what supplements to take for your bone health. Have you looked into Vitamin K2? The ones you want are MK-4 or MK-7….
