How do you cope with chronic pain?
I’ve been dealing with chronic pain since 2019, it’s recently gotten worse, I don’t know how to make it less aggravated

Hi jenatsky,
I have not tried using a tincture before but have been curious about using it during the day time. I did not know that it can be more precisely. I currently use thc/cbd drinks during the day because it works at home. It is not as easy to use in public. That’s where a tincture could work well. Do you have any brand that you recommend? I can see the tincture as a solution for day use. I use gummies to sleep because they can add CBN with THC & CBD. The CBN helps with Indica THC/CBD to help with the pain and sleep. I believe the CBN is the chemical that helps with sleep. Do they make tinctures with CBN ? Thank you, I am going for a liver biopsy and will be back this afternoon to see if you answered and to respond to the other comments. Thank you so much
Each states program is different. I’m in Pa and we can only buy products grown here. I’m now using KindTree Extra Strength THC (15mg = 0.5ml) and FiveCBD 6,000mg bottle (150mg = 1.5ml) 3x day. I found after experimenting higher CBD and lower THC worked better for pain control.
I have been experimenting with thc and cbd for the last 5 years but never tried tincture. I am going to give it a try, thank you! For me though, just the opposite, medium to high thc with some cbd treats my pain better. I will see if using a tincture is different.
I am dealing with chronic low back pain and as yet i have little relief, but for wicked IBS, i have taken 1 Align probiotic per day for 1.5 years and no longer get the painful cramps. Align is the only probiotic that heals the digestive path, according to my dr. I get bloating and associated pain less often than before.
