@mtran88788 I too am awaiting delivery of the Marodyn LIV. Don’t be dismayed if you don’t see a bump in your BMD scores in November. I was told by those in that actual business that you must use it for a year to a year yr and a half to see results. And, also be aware that more of your gains may be realized in the trabecular bone area ( the inside architecture area of the spine for example) and that’s not captured on a DEXA. But I’m hoping to see a change in the DEXA as well!! Good luck !!!!

Yes and if you're looking to measure what's going on in the inside of the bone/microarchitecture of the bone/trabecular bone, see if there's a REMS Echolight scanner near you. It's the ultrasound scan that gives both a BMD score and a bone quality score since the ultrasound measures all the way through the bone. It's the scanner of choice across Europe and is slowly beginning to be adopted in the US. It is way more accurate than DEXA. REMS has only a .5-1% margin of error, whereas DEXA margin of error is 3-5% plus the issues with technician errors and the inconsistency between different DEXA machines. REMS doesn't have the technician or machine-to-machine inconsistencies. The only problem is how few there are in the US. There are a 6-8 of them I've heard but it's difficult to come up with a list. These are the ones I know of for sure:
OsteoSmart in Hinsdale, IL +16309225071
OsteoStrong in Wilmette, IL +12244878833
StrengthX in Black Mountain, NC +18285057200
CentralCarolinaOrtho.com +19197741355 with Dr Andrew Bush who is revolutionizing osteoporosis care
I've heard Texas and NJ may also have a clinic with a REMS
