Anyone had experience with OsteoStrong, who is not a franchisee?

Is there anyone out there who use/used Osteostrong and was informed by an employee that she needed to reach 4.2 before any bone growth was possible? I was certainly not told this!

When I had my free session last week, they told me that yes, it's either 4.2 or 4.5 times our weight (not sure what it was) to grow bone.
