I actually went to a spiritual healer. The first time was fabulous! I was so calm and peaceful. The second time she was not in a "good place" and should have cancelled the appt because when she was doing the session I could tell she was "off" and I walked out feeling horrible, like she had transferred her negative energy onto me. I never saw her again. I know she has the "energy" she just needs to know when to back off. I suffered emotionally for a long time after I saw her. I'm not saying don't see one, just saying to be careful. There's a lot of people looking to make money off of people who are suffering....
