Same here, lower back pain, neuropathy, buzzing and shooting pain in legs and sometimes arms and hands. After MRI neurologist said it is caused by severe arthritis in the lumbar region of my spine and compression of discs. Here’s a good diagram of a spine with nervous system and look at all of the nerves running through and out of every part of your spine.

I also have severe lower back pain. Lost sensation in my upper right thigh only in the front. I was going to have a radio frequency ablation done next week, but canceled it so I could go to the chiropractor and try spinal decompression to see if I can get some relief. If this is not successful, then I will go back to the pain doctor and get this ablation. Aleve works better than gabapentin but Doctor says do not take Aleve every day or you will kill your kidneys.

Thanks for posting the chart. Very helpful in understanding the distribution of nerves and how they seem to be concentrated around the lower back.
