I have been part of All of Us for about 6 months now, and got their free Fit Bit to wear as well. I’d been wearing Fitbit watches for 5 years, and mine was needing replacement so the timing was perfect. You just have to give them permission to have access to the data, just like medical records, all very easy. I figure any research that might be able to help others (if not me) is well worth it.

Same here Debbie. I like the All of Us Research project and also want to help. I am a little apprehensive switching to the Fitbit. Early on when they first came out I bought one for my wife and it didn't last long and always had a charging problem. I ended up getting her an Apple watch which she likes much better. There are a few apps on my iWatch that I will probably miss but the battery in the Fitbit lasts longer so that will be a big plus.
