I have been on tymlos for 9 months and I have the same nausea symptoms as above. Also heart palpitations after I take it. I never thought to decrease the dose and have been doing 8 since the start. Thank sor the suggestion! Honestly I really want to stop it, but I also do not want any more broken bones.

@rbp ask your doc if you can go down to 6 out of 8 clicks, which my doc said was therapeutic and indeed I had significant improvements with 6 or 7. It's weird that going just one click to 8 made it intolerable. Also weird that for this last month, I am fine with 8 and almost done! I hope you can continue! I was also told the first 6 months has the most impact, then a slightly less impact for the next 6 months. Dr. McCormick told me that at 17 months it is no longer really working according to blood tests. I can't confirm that but I believe him and am finishing after this month. Good luck!
