You are so right. I find that is the case all over the place. It’s sad that we have to remind, redo, return because of carelessness.
When you are not feel well, you sure don’t want to be on hold for an hour listening to scratchy music!

SusanEllen66--I usually try to use the message function on my electronic record, but that was not available because some system glitch or user error eliminated my record. My doc had to reconstruct his notes from my visit. After each visit that requires follow-up he cheerily informs me that I don't need to do anything, that they'll call me. The VA does better with my war disability related visits.
