"What can I do to help make this world a bit better today." I understand what three oncologists and a bunch of oncology nurses have told me. "I've got this thing that can never be cured; it can only be treated."

Like many other Stage IV buddies, have discovered living well works best. That means a Wellness Program of nutrition, not diets, exercise and intentional movements, Spirituality practiced daily, and Friendship. So you, like me, can become the best version of ourselves forever.
