"How long can you live with Stage IV Prostate Cancer" are words I've learned not to say and a question I've learned not to ask. So I have replaced them with these words. "How well can I live today?" "What can I do to help make this world a bit better today." I understand what three oncologists and a bunch of oncology nurses have told me. "I've got this thing that can never be cured; it can only be treated."

Like many other Stage IV buddies, have discovered living well works best. That means a Wellness Program of nutrition, not diets, exercise and intentional movements, Spirituality practiced daily, and Friendship. So you, like me, can become the best version of ourselves forever.

It is like that, it only matters today, if we are in good shape and living well, that is what it matters!

So very well said and inspiring. We can all get beyond the me and what has been lost but it is the getting beyond ourselves to the oneness of us all and thanks for what are and have at any moment.
“Be Here Now” may warrant another read 50 years later!
