Has anyone had a up3 surgery (Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty)?

Has anyone done a up3 surgery on the throat and reduction of the turbinates as well.I just had mine and I feel like hel l am not also sleeping

@abilolo, sorry to hear that you are not sleeping well and recovery from your up3 surgery (Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty) is challenging. I'm sure you got similiar information from your surgeon upon discharge, but offer this link in case it has some suggestions that might help:

How long ago did you have the surgery? Are you sleeping propped up? Are you using a CPAP machine?
