What to do for chronic pain in my lower back right side?

I have chronic pain in my lower back right side. For over 30 years it never goes away. Different levels but always there. The older I get the worse it gets. I have tried everything I can find or doctors recommend. MRIs show a healthy back no structural damage. Can Mayo diagnose the reason?

A disc problem would have been evident on an MRI.

Your problem seems muscular not skeletal?
An osteopath may be you answer, or your problem could be as simple a arch supports?
