Hi,
When I read some of our posts, I have to check twice to see if I said it, or did someone else?
The first part of this post was just what I have experienced.
We all do the trail and error routine, but after trying many, many different actions, tricks, methods, this is the best for my feet so far at night. This is what I do to be able to sleep with my awful %$@#$*^ foot pain. First I rub THC ointment on my feet. (Yes, I tried to skip that part because it it a bother, and pricey, but it helps, so I do it). Then I put on a pair of heavy, very loose acrylic socks. In bed, (summer and winter) I have a heating pad (low heat) that I lay my feet on. I make myself stay still until I feel the pain lessen. Just sharing and wish you less pain!! You WILL find something that helps!!

I absolutely understand..I also use heat. Sometimes I use one of those things you put in the microwave to heat. That's usually while I am sitting watching tv in the evening. Then when I go to bed I use an electric throw blanket so I can also cover my legs. The warmth feels so good and it usually stays on all night. I was wondering if I was the only one on the planet who had this problem because I have never found any information about it. I have wondered if it is neuropathy or something else like poor circulation or what. I'm sorry you have the same problem but it's good to know there are others with the same thing going on.@pat79
