Concerned about the side effects of anastrozole

I completed all treatments for breast cancer but now I am supposed to take hormone blocker, named anastrozole. im concerned about the side effects. Has anyone here taken it and did anyone have hair loss?

@buckimom Thank you! I'm seeing a doctor today and hoping for some pain meds so I can sleep tonight! (I thought I had sent this earlier, but it didn't appear. I'm still learning the ins and outs of the site).

I had to switch to tomoxifin because I had osteopenia, I have very little side effects but I do have knee aches but I'm also exercising more, it's been two weeks of consistent exercise. I did gain 10lbs, first year, I'm on year three of tomoxifin.
