Hi Pat,
I read your post and decided to share some similar effects on my feet. I was misdiagnosed for many years, with no real help, even failed surgeries!!
I want to ask you if you feet are really cold, or if they FEEL cold? Mine feel cold, but when I actually touch them, they are warm! The pain, for me, was reduced when I started wearing compression socks. I use SootheSocks, open toe... is a must for me! We need to stick together with many solutions since it is a trail and error deal...no one solution fits all!! Best wishes!

My legs and feet feel cold to me, but not to the touch. They can feel like I am sitting with my feet in the refrigerator, but to touch them they are warm. So it is apparently just how I am 'sensing' that they feel. I can be outside in 90 degree weather, hot and sweaty, but my feel are cold. It's really weird. I usually wear wool knee socks, somewhat tight but not compression. They seem to always be too tight and make my legs swell. at night I wear 2 pair of wool socks that fit loosely. But none of this will make my feel actually 'feel' warm to me. @pat79
