Socks - What helps with Neuropathy?

Your post caught my attention because I have the opposite problem. Doctors say I have neuropathy. My biggest problem is my feet and legs get so cold. I wear heavy warm shoes and socks, leg warmers, very heavy long pants. Nothing works. They aren't this way all the time but alot. And there seems to be nothing I can do to control it. I haven't seen anyone else complain of this so I have really been puzzled by it. Have you had anyone explain why your legs are so hot? My legs are usually tingly and wierd at the same time, and sometimes my feet are numb. So I find myself in a chair wrapped up in a blanket while everyone else is perfectly comfortable wearing shorts. @pat79

Hi Pat,
I read your post and decided to share some similar effects on my feet. I was misdiagnosed for many years, with no real help, even failed surgeries!!
I want to ask you if you feet are really cold, or if they FEEL cold? Mine feel cold, but when I actually touch them, they are warm! The pain, for me, was reduced when I started wearing compression socks. I use SootheSocks, open toe... is a must for me! We need to stick together with many solutions since it is a trail and error deal...no one solution fits all!! Best wishes!

Hi, sorry, it's my feet that are the issue, not my legs.
