I think there are others out there who care. I think you have to reach out to find it. We have a local website in our area where many people seem to connect and help each other out.

The website I am talking about in our neighborhood is called http://www.nextdoor.com. I have seen people on there requesting jelp and so many good people coming forward with resources. I believe this website is not just in our area of the USA. Hope this helps.
