Do you mind sharing your T-score before having all of these fractures? I’m trying to decide what I need to do as far as taking meds or not. Sorry that you’ve had to endure such pain.

I hadn't had a Dexa before the fractures. My first scan was just after the February 2022 fractures. I spent months trying to get an appointment with an endocrinologist (specialist doctors are scarce in Puerto Rico and endocrinologists, are in incredibly high demand).
I finally got an appointment in the Endocrinology Residency Program at the University of Puerto Rico's School of Medicine. Still, before they decided to prescribe Tymlos, they ran about every test in the book, looking for a plausible explanation for such an advanced bone demineralization at 62.
