Why do you have to wait 2-3 years for another scan? Just my opinion, I would think a year is good to see if there is improvement. Two to three years sounds late in the process if it’s getting worse or staying the same.

This is under the Norwegian public healthcare, overloaded of this type of scanning - that is why. But I will try again after 1-2 years and possibly pay for a scan if it still is not possible through the normal healthcare system. For all the public healthcare one pay a maximum of ca 3000 NOK = ca 300 dollars pr year. All excess treatment is free. It works normally very well!
