Chronic Pain, alternative Treatment
I have had chronic pain for 17 years. I know what I'm going to say will be met with doubt, but please try what I say, even though it is not completely backed up by sceince. I was on heavy doses of OPIOIDS for 16 years with no help, relieveing my pain, then I started to take Kratom, for the last year I have been Pain Free!!! If you try it , you will have to try different strains, to find out what works best for you

Personnally, I wouldn't take it until more studies are done about what it might do to your body. That said millions of people use it.
Of course ANYTHING that isn’t produced by Pharma and thus has income potential is going to be poo-pooed by a large medical facility. There’s no surprise in that.
Blueberries and rosemary tea help with pain relief I’m using less medication and of course exercise helps I do low impact work outs I’m 78 years old
Same with me. I am keeping a log of each time I take 1/2 to 10 ml.
I keep my prescription bottle hidden so that nobody has access to them
Kratom has helped me when I've had pain flares and injuries. Please see the blog on the Alternative Pain Treatment Directory website about a Johns Hopkins study of kratom users: "New Study Finds Kratom Effective for Pain, Addiction". You can also search on the same website for several other blogs about kratom.
I don't buy that one. There's no Pharma conspiracy here. They're waiting for scientific verification. If the drug companies aren't going to get sued, they're probably going to find a way to make money off of it.
How do blueberries help? How many how often. Will it help chronic pain? Do you make your own tea? How long have you been using berries and tea?
